Terms and Conditions





A $300 deposit and completed Reservation Form is required to reserve your space.  A second payment of $600 is due four months prior to departure with the full balance due 60 days prior to departure. If we do not have 9 or 10 people, we will need to impose a surcharge per person – 6-7 $100, 8 $50.   Make checks payable to Copper Canyon Wildflower Tours.  Send to Linda J. If you cancel before departure, cancellation is effective on the date of receipt of your written notification.  Refunds are made according to the following schedule:  if cancellation is made 90 or more days before the departure date, the deposits less $200 is refundable.  If cancellation is made between eighty and sixty days before departure date, the deposits less $300 is refundable.  If cancellation is made fewer than sixty days before the departure date, no refund is available.  We recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance to protect your investment. Copper Canyon Wildflower Tours reserves the right to cancel any trip prior to departure for any reason whatsoever, including insufficient signup or logistical problems which will impede trip operations.  The refund of all payments received shall release Copper Canyon Wildflower Tours from any further liability.  Copper Canyon Wildflower Tours is not responsible for non-recoverable expenses incurred by trip members in preparing for a cancelled trip.

Copper Canyon Wildflower Tours also reserves the right to modify the route, schedules, transportation and amenities due to local circumstances, sickness, mechanical breakdown, climate or other unpredictable or unforeseeable state of affairs.


Copper Canyon Wildflower Tours offers no refunds or credits for missed or unused services.


In order to experience as much as possible while you are in Mexico with us, our days are full, we move at a steady pace and require a reasonably good level of physical fitness.  Clients are required to be in general good health and capable of walking reasonable distances most days.  Every precaution will be taken by the Company to ensure the safety of all clients to the extent that this is possible.


It is advisable that all clients have travel insurance to cover personal accident, medical expenses, and medical evacuation.  It is recommended that coverage be extended to include cancellation, loss of effects, and any other expenditures which may arise as a result of loss, damage, injury, delay or inconvenience to the client.


All arrangements outlined in the itinerary have been made by Copper Canyon Wildflower Tours on behalf of customers.  These arrangements are made on the condition that Copper Canyon Wildflower Tours shall not be held responsible for any injury, death, accident, delay, loss or damage which may be caused by any company or person employed to carry out the arrangements and services described in the itinerary.

Copper Canyon Wildflower Tours cannot be held responsible for any defect in vehicles, acts of God, detention, delays, strike, theft, civil disturbances, accident by any form of transportation or in any hotel, inn or other form of accommodation.
